I am a motivated and creative person who is passionate about the mental health and well being of all, with or without a diagnosis. I believe in educating as many people as possible in all matters related and by doing so enable them to build their own resilience and be supportive of others no matter how unwell they may be. The sooner we offer appropriate support to someone who is having emotional difficulties that so often spiral, the better the outcome. By talking about it we reduce stigma and fear, information is empowerment for all. I am a Qualified Trainer, Counsellor and Independent Mental Health Advocate, I work with those who are open to Mental Health Services and in hospital across the continuum to those who are maybe experiencing their first emotional distress and would like to access Counselling or Advocacy.
