Manages and coordinates all suppliers and sub-contractors, including A/P, A/R, job costing and job tracking.Works with engineers and surveyors to design subdivisions, using code/zoning requirements and market conditions to factor best and highest use.Liaison between clients and architects with active involvement with drafting and designing blueprints. Preparation of contracts for custom homes including project cost and selections of upgrades.Responds to client’s complaints questions, concerns and requirements in timely and professional manner.
