Steering Advanced Inclusion, my focus is on helping organizations manage change and create and environment where all employees have the opportunity to thrive, by embedding effective leadership practices into the fabric of organizational culture. Having spent many successful years on the institutional trading floors several large banks, I developed a strong understanding of the business, and also of challenges that teams face in fast-paced and ever-changing environments. From there, I formed and led the DEI team at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets. We pioneered award- winning initiatives that resonated with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.At Advanced Inclusion, I now have the opportunity to leverage my learnings and business expertise to guide leaders through transformative change, both at the organizational and Individual level. As a trained executive coach, I empower leaders at all levels to achieve their full potential.
