With over 25 years working within the IT sector mainly focussed within the professional services organisation, I pride myself in being a dedicated, hardworking and adaptable person, who is always willing to learn and works well both as part of a team and on my own. Currently performing a Contractor Manager role for the UK&I within the Advisory & Professional Services Organisation. I am the trusted and single point of contact for the business, supporting and advising stakeholders at all levels with regards to 3rd party requirements/engagements and solely responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day processes, ensuring deadlines are met. I am also the single point of contact for suppliers into the business and am responsible for all liaisons. I also work with many different teams within the company such as Vendor Management, Global Procurement and HR Compliance and help to ensure the business is staying compliant and in process when engaging with agency contractors and suppliers. Previous to this my role was that of Resource Broker for the same part of the organisation resourcing 150 technical consultants across teams of various technologies. I was responsible for proactively engaging with the Delivery Management and Technical resources to fulfil resource requirements, resource planning and assignments, highlighting any potential escalations and assisting with their resolution.I have also held Team Admin and Contract Admin roles (temp position) within the same company previous to the above.I am a very loyal employee which is proven with my 27 year service record. I am a very adaptable person with skills that are easily transferable to other industries. I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges. I am a friendly, happy, positive person and love interacting with other people.
