Manage the full life-cycle solicitation, fulfillment, compliance and reporting for all staff augmentation positions at Navy Federal. Work extensively with internal management and vendors to meet the staff augmentation hiring needs within Navy Federal.

Performing various aspects of Full Life Cycle recruiting, I currently focus primarily on candidate identification and qualification to submit candidates to various Field Offices for IT, Finance and Accounting, and Administrative roles. Using job board databases, online job orders, and existing candidate inventory, I define appropriate candidates based upon needs of clients and requests of the office’s Account Managers. • Manage the recruitment function across multiple business units including IT, Finance and Accounting in multiple regions. • Mentor and train new employees. Lead trainings on various topics as requested.• Experience recruiting for federal and commercial contract, contract to hire and permanent opportunities.• Consult with business and functional leaders to define competencies for specific roles. • Interview, pre-qualify, negotiate offers and close hires. • Regularly called upon to troubleshoot difficult positions and source, identify, attract, secure and close candidates• Qualifying candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.• Track correspondence with candidates (i.e. phone calls and emails) in Recruitmax, internal job and applicant tracking system.• Edit and reformat resumes as necessary, adding relevant keywords increasing candidate match with client positions.• Responsible for updating SharePoint to track candidates, job orders, and documents.• Act as team lead over 3 to 4 associates when management is out of the office or unavailable.• Preparing and debriefing candidates. Providing coaching and advice to candidates throughout the client interview process• Maintain communication with Field Account Managers and Directors when assisting filling jobs in their market.• Provide daily and weekly updates to Managers• Mentor junior recruiters and new hires with documentation, candidate review, search strategies, and protocols.
