The Committee is responsible for overseeing and administering the Buy Now Pay Later Code of Practice.

Reporting to the Ombudsman/CEO, I was responsible for leading the TIO's core dispute resolution function and a group of 90+ staff. I was also a member of the TIO's senior leadership team.

I was initially hired as a dispute resolution specialist to make decisions, provide expert staff guidance and oversee systemic investigations. From 2019, I led both the TIO’s systemic investigations and public policy functions. I successfully redesigned these functions, achieving significant uplift in industry improvements and influence.
