I was responsible for overall revenue from our UK newsletter which is sent regularly to a base of 3 million.I was responsible for when newsletters are sent, all copy, content, look and style of the newsletter. I am responsible for who the newsletter is delivered to and optimise content through analysis and detailed segmentation.

I worked with a team implementing a new grocery site. My role involved working with developers to make sure that the requested specs were met, that the users journey was possible and easy to navigate and that everything was QC'd in order to be fully functional. I was also responsible for copy.I went on to do the same for the wine site. I was also tasked with looking after projects to increase traffic and conversion with certain products by creating a mini site giving more details and user friendly functionality which would encourage brand loyalty and product awareness.

Responsible for putting together campaigns and pricing selected campaign products in order to be competitive in the market place.I was responsible for selecting products, locations, pricing , design and placement of the campaign through all available media channels. Campaigns were put together and released offline to all branches, catalogues, national and local newspapers. Online channels involved newsletter, website, campaign pages, third party sites such as teletext and Cheapflights.

I was responsible for looking after content on the website from making sure all products could be seen and booked.I was also responsible for putting together campaign briefs for design and implementation on the site.I was responsible for overall content for the weekly newsletter which went out to 1 million people with in-house content, editorial sections, campaign creatives and direct advertising.
