I am also privileged to be a Trustee of the Stratford School Academy, working with the Board to deliver the best possible education for its students.My involvement with the IWFM Procurement SIG and Catering and Hospitality SIG as both Chair and Committee member also allowed me to support learning and development for the facilities Industry, with procurement and supply chain management as well as catering and hospitality services. As a multi-dimensional business development leader, I have had extensive experience working with organisations to improve their effectiveness and fiscal health. I am a strong problem-solver with expertise in strategic planning, project management, and multi-million-pound budget management. I utilise wide-ranging talents to support organisational change, mitigate risk, infuse new ideas, and provide project deliverables on-time and in budget.
