Started with a real estate sales career over 16 years ago and with a burning passion for both the energy of the entrepreneurial experience and in operating within rapid growth environments. I've started, led & served in executive capacities for real estate ventures in Cleveland, OH. I'm focused on supporting & nurturing the growth of high-performance real estate agents on my sales team, Wendy Kunash & Associates-CLEagents and adding value as a certified life coach. My former accounting career allows me to assist agents build profitable, sustainable and salable businesses that can be monetized even as they move into other ventures or retirement. As well as supporting them in developing and implementing models, systems and people leverage to allow their business to fuel their life's pursuits, creating a life by design. I am a life-long learner having chosen to further my education in the real estate industry acquiring the highest level of designations, seeking the best coaches & training available. Named as a top producer in the area, recently awarded Humanitarian of the year. Currently named as a top producer in the area for sales volume & awarded 2020 Presidents Sales Club, named in Cleveland Magazine as a top agent, featured as overcomer in Cleveland Real Producer magazine, named as market strategist in Certified Residential Specialist magazine, interviewed for many podcasts/news articles.The mission is to offer our clients a world class experience every time. In addition to real estate my true passion is speaking and encouraging our youth to become strong leaders. My sister and I have a non profit organization (501 3C), Jacob Rago Memorial Fund, Inc. where we commit to sharing the ongoing message that my late nephew wished upon us all, live life fully with gratitude and patience and no matter the current circumstances.
