I’m proud to be a member of the real estate community for 38 years. I began my career as a sales agent and after 11 years went into property management and remained in sales. In 1996 I opened Moyer & Associates. My own property management company in Loudoun County-one the most beautiful places in Virginia. I became a real estate instructor and launched a new pathway in my career-teaching. For 17 years I have taught students about this business and I’ve had the pleasure of seeing their careers grow. In 2017 I took a position with The Virginia Credit Union as a managing broker because a friend sent me an Indeed link to the job posting. Today was I am the Principal and managing broker at Joyner Fine Properties. I work with amazingly smart colleagues who drive the careers of their agents to new levels and Realtors who painstakingly help theirs clients buy and sell homes, investments and so much more.
