Completed the Bachelors of Science Human Resource Management program with a 4.0 grade point average. Degree conferred July 2024. Course work focused on the application of HRM theories, practices, and activities within the work environment to properly support employees and align their efforts and the company culture with organizational goals.

Supervised the cashier and lot loader teams. Focused on employee onboarding and coaching to ensure associates effectively and safely performed their roles. Facilitated employee development and succession planning for high potential associates interested in promotion and associates interested in furthering their learning through lateral moves to new departments. Provided conflict management between associates when needed and ensured team members worked to gain the trust and satisfaction of our customers. One on one associate/supervisor conversations and semi-annual reviews to create an environment of continuous feedback, improvement, and recognition.
