This has included design, content management, strategic direction, web usability, web accessibility and managing an internal and external online presence plus digital and social media marketing for organisations. I am an experienced staff manager. I am an experienced social media manager for public sector organisations. Since working for the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority I have been responsible for a significant increase in social media engagement through the use of innovative campaigns and engaging content. The National Park now has a reach of approximately 400,000 followers on our main platforms. The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority has the highest level of followers and engagement compared to any other UK National Parks. I have launched two successful apps for the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority; 35 walks around the National Park and the Yorkshire Three Peaks walking app. Both apps have great reviews.
