I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Licensed Educational Psychologist, writer, and yoga instructor. I currently work at a large public high school district, am co-founder of a private practice (Dynamic Interventions), and am a Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher.I have worked over 20 years in the public school system to provide supports and services that are in the best interest of students. That experience led me to open Dynamic Interventions (the first corporation of Licensed Educational Psychologist in the state of California) with my husband. During the COVID-19 pandemic I enrolled in a yoga teacher training after over 20 years of personal practice and became a certified yoga instructor. I enjoy the complimentary health and wellness intersection of my psychology, education, and yoga backgrounds as a means to offer a unique supportive guidance to others interested in boosting their own overall health and wellness.
