Assistant Sourcing ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:•Managing, developing and optimizing China Lighting Sales Organization and Healthcare Commercial Site for all indirect purchasing, including commodities Marcom, Professional Services, Real Estate, Travel and IT spending. •Defining and describing commodity strategy and developing supplier capability with the request from demand side. •Responsible for adherence to agreed purchasing process to ensure the accuracy of data in respective tools and have regular review meetings to demonstrate value brings to internal stakeholders.Achievements:•Overall achieved 7.5% in Y2013 and 10% saving in Y2014 based on 17 M Euro spending•Payment terms average improved 3 days to 75 days. •Using e-sourcing tools to set supplier rate card and get double digital savings.

Roles and Responsibilities:•Acting as a single contact point from demand side for purchasing needs under the commodity strategy guideline and maintaining internal and external stakeholders’ relationship. •Responsible for Marcom BTL commodities operations with both B2B and B2C models covering Gr. China and ASEAN regions. •Provide data analysis to strategic sourcing team.•Gate keeper for PO and supplier creation application to ensure data accuracy and transparency for Gr. China, ASEAN and Korea regions. Achievements:•Y2011 China Printing, POSM and long-term cooperation hotel MICE rate card set up based on the demands from internal stakeholders, price and contract terms negotiation and contracting. •Y2012 CL and Lighting key suppliers master contract draft with Legal dept and T&C negotiation.•Y2012 ASEAN countries remote support, Malaysia annual suppliers selection with strategic sourcing and marketing team for online screening, cold calls to potential vendors for RFI/P, supplier selection, price bidding and cost saving realized thru e-sourcing tool.•Exceeded 10% saving of around both 3M Euro spending in 2011 and 2012.

Roles and Responsibilities:•Being a member of M&S team for Gifts & Premium, Printing and MICE commodities operations and provide data analysis support. Achievements:•Take leadership to build up direct purchasing with Lock & Lock and Unilever with a competitive rate•7% saving of 1M Euro spending.
