This was a part time job which I did during my study in UTS. The company’s main business is E-commerce. My responsibility was to give customers advice and take orders, confirm and review purchase orders. Also, I needed to pack and deliver goods. Finally, I dealt with the complaints. During that period, I offered advices that improved the software to manager. Also, I provided training for new employees.

This was a one month research project. I did this job when I was in college. JIGSAW is a market consulting company which helps clients to achieve their particular goals. In that month, the company worked for Coca-cola to do market research. My job duties were to collect sales data from supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores in China. Then, I compared and summarized the information. Eventually, we reported to the client.
