Supervises the installation, operation, and maintenance and provisioning of Ethernet equipment, land mobile radio and other wireless equipment, channel banks, repeaters, switches, video head end equipment, and other voice, data and video transmission and reception equipment and related transmission systems.Supervises and/or performs circuit installation, calibration, acceptance testing and repairs of telecommunication equipment, Local Area Network (LAN) interface equipment land mobile radio equipment, communication towers, and system hardware and software components adhering to prescribed procedures and standards.Supervises all maintenance including, equipment records, hardware and software documentation, equipment provisioning allocations and assignments, and test data records.Works directly with customers, other communications services providers, consultants, traffic engineers, field representatives, technicians and others.Configures and troubleshoots all network elements in a voice, data or video network.Supervises and/or performs diagnostics and repairs to highly complex communications equipment as well as more common communications equipment and circuits.
