Developed and led myriad music programming for rock, rap, jazz, and classical musicians, serving a diverse and dynamic range of middle and high school teens. Developed dozens of programs and workshops, encompassing band creation (1,500,000+ plays on Spotify), studio engineering, post-production and mixing, one-on-one lessons, live sound, and events coordination. Coordinated with after school music programs spanning the Greater Boston area in developing annual all-day music festivals featuring dozens of artists, featured in WBUR and attended by hundreds of high school teens. In the immediate wake of the pandemic, implemented high school driven virtual programming o ffering 15 online courses and serving 100 middle school participants.
