As the manufacturing operations leader for the division, he is best known for systematizing part numbers, obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, and cultivating customer relationships including those at Progress Rail, BNSF, Union Pacific, and Canadian National. Before joining QuEST Rail, he served as the Plant Manager at OEM Services for five years where he drove continuous improvement, optimized day-to-day plant operations, achieved KPIs, coached team members, and exceeded customer expectations. He also served as the Project Engineering Manager at Apex Specialty Vehicles, a privately held organization that manufactures specialty trucks and trailers.Graduating with honors, Wesley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Avila University. As a continuous learner, he is pursuing his MBA at the University of Missouri in Kansas City with expected graduation in Spring 2022.
