I started my recruiting career in 1991 placing QA Managers and Quality Engineers in the automotive industry. However, I really wanted to be involved with Technology, so I moved to San Rafael, CA to get into the startup world of San Francisco. I helped build startups in Software companies, placing mostly C-level executives for 10 years until the dot-com bubble brought everything to an end in 2001.From this bubble I emerged and turned my focus and attention towards the Private Equity industry. As a recruiter, I would speak with highly qualified job seekers. Some had been fired, or laid off, or were facing that possibility every day. Most were not getting interviews. When they secured an interview, there were no offers. When they received offers, they were well below their market value. This was my motivation to start my new career path in corporate outplacement and executive career management. Over the past 22 years I have successfully helped place hundreds of senior level managers and executives in new and exciting growth opportunities.I teamed up with Executive Career Partners because we share the same vision of helping serious professionals and executives to find rewarding new positions.
