• Promote good order, discipline, and morale among fellow recovering service members.• Mentor junior recovering service members to facilitate successful rehabilitation and transition.

• Successfully instruct ten eight-week courses with a 100 percent graduation rate moving the students on Fleet Marine Forces assignments.• Instruct courses to Marine students in the field of Arabic Cryptologic Language.• Develop and update all course material to maintain relevance and applicability to current tactics, techniques, and processes utilized within Fleet Marine Forces.• Administer evaluations to students using established standards in accordance with the National Security Agency Cryptologic Training Standards and USMC Training and Readiness Manual.• Maintain student academic records to include their academic accomplishments and deficiencies.• Counsel students on professional development and personal matters.• Develop leaders to be capable of training and preparing an organization to accomplish their assigned mission.• Apply thorough working knowledge of all phases of the ADDIE model - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Manage complex analytical projects to improve business decision-making and operational efficiencies.• Develop data-driven and outcome-based initiatives.• Act as Family Readiness Officer in organizing events for the Marines and their families • Communicate with the families of the deployed Marines.• Responsible for submitting manning reports in a timely manner. • Provide support to the Operations Officer.• Responsible for mentoring assigned Marines, guiding them in their career both in and out of the Marine Corps.• Process, screen, and analyze unevaluated intelligence data in support of warfighters and policymakers in the National Security Agency/Central Security Service Georgia area of operations.• Maintain accountability of personnel within the division. • Develop schedules and approve or deny operation releases accordingly. • Ensure annual training of all personnel has been met.• Monitor training of new personnel within the division. • Create new training material and keep old training material updated.
