As a plumbing supervisor I am responsible for:• Overseeing and supporting all phases of new home plumbing construction of 70+ homes according to state codes.• Maintaining and managing project plans in SupplyPro, including scheduling, quality control, communication, and logistics.• Reading blueprints and calculating plumbing specifications for new home construction.• Managing equipment, tools, and material inventory to ensure effective operation.• Providing quality customer service, problem-solving for numerous changes, resolving issues and as they arise, and effectively collaborating with crews to address problems throughout the new home construction process.• Project completion checks and ordering supplies.• Managing service calls and performing plumbing tasks.

While serving as the GM ETL, I was responsible for all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, replenishment, payroll, and pricing. Other responsibilities included: • Proactively monitoring high volume fulfillment business.• Analyzing schedules and Modifying forecasts and staffing levels based on business needs.• Establishing sequencing plans for major department transitions and effectively communicating plans to store leadership and team members.• Communicating regular business updates, both written and verbal, to leadership.• Coaching and mentoring team leaders; setting priorities, expectations, and aligning responsibilities for more than 100 team members.• Actively participating in the performance management process, which included recognizing, coaching, providing meaningful feedback, and writing and delivering performance reviews.• Evaluating and selecting talent at the hourly team member and team leader levels by interviewing candidates for hire and/or promotion.• Analyzing schedules to ensure proper staffing levels meet the business need.• Effectively executing and leading the team through new initiatives and change.• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize service levels while meeting payroll.• Selected to serve as a trainer for recently newly hired and/or promoted ETL and Store Directors.

As the Remodel ETL, I spearheaded a full-store remodel, successfully meeting milestones set by company leadership. I effectively collaborated with vendors and contractors to ensure all milestones were met, which included strategizing ways to meet tight deadlines without hindering store operations. I partnered closely with the General Contractor and served as a liaison for company leadership.

I spent 11+ years learning the ins and outs of retail, customer service, and leadership.
