Manager of all Kitchen operations at a 6 week long Boy Scout summer camp. Duties included keeping a close inventory and maintaining budget, menu planning, ordering bi-weekly truck orders, preparing meals, and managing staff. I also took a special interest in meal planning and preparing for campers with dietary restrictions. In the off season I volunteer as a cook for scouting events hosted here, along with our sister camp Camp Comer in Mentone, AL
