My very first job was at Dairy Queen in Livingston, Tennessee where I worked for 3.5 years starting my Junior year of high school. I took customer orders, counted change back, prepared food, and counted inventory. I was hired at Twin Lakes in December 2020 and still work there to the present day. I assist customers in troubleshooting their equipment to get their services back up in a variety of ways. I do this by phone calls, emails, and direct chats. I do this in a timely manner while maintaining a professional customer service attitude.
