I am willing to learn new knowledge and collect information by myself, thus Google is a tool I use usually. Logical thinking is my strength, which is from the habit of taking broken machines apart and then fixing them. I also enjoy mutual communication with friends and colleagues, from which I can provide assistance and learn different perspective or experience.I graduated from National Chung Hsing University and majored in Department of Computer Science and Engineering. My thesis is to collect and share the RSSI signal map, maintaining the positioning accuracy through MCU and bluetooth. It can be applied to automatic transportation systems such as automatic guided vehicles. ARM Cortex-M0, bluetooth, iOS APP, Kalman filter, kNN, Random Forest and SVM are the core techniques and algorithms.My current job is as software section manager. I was responsible for writing firmware, rebuilding existing programs to turn into modules, developing department policy and training new employees. My biggest contribution is to significantly increase speed of project development. Though there were only 3 completed projects in the first year of department establishment, now more than 20 projects can be completed in an year. I always cooperate with other departments including hardware, sales, quality assurance and manufacturing to write MCU firmware as well as code of mass production, incoming inspection and automatic life, drive BLDC control motor, control bluetooth transmission, develop iOS APP and Python program, maintain application and create technical files.I usually use programming skills and other techniques to increase my efficiency and reduce development duration. If I have the chance to join your honorable company, I would like to make contribution by applying my ability. I plan to learn innovative techniques and cooperate with coworkers to improve existing program and develop extensible, maintainable ones.我是一個樂於搜尋資訊、探索新知的人，Google是我最常用的工具，從小我就喜歡拆開壞掉的東西並嘗試把它修好，到現在仍然保有這個嗜好，邏輯能力與思緒清晰是我的強項。我喜歡與同事朋友分享交流經驗，除了可以幫助到他人外，我也能在他人身上獲取不同的觀點與經驗。大學畢業於逢甲大學電子工程系，研究所畢業於中興大學資訊工程所，碩士論文是探討透過MCU與藍牙搜集訊號強度地圖並互相分享，維持移動裝置於室內定位的準確度，可應用於自走車、無人搬運車等自動化搬運系統上，使用到的工具、核心技術與演算法有ARM Cortex-M0、藍牙、iOS APP、Kalman filter、kNN、Random Forest、SVM。目前工作擔任軟體課長，我負責產品的韌體開發、重構舊有的程式並模組化、培養部屬能力並導正開發方向，使業務能夠快速拓展產品線，從剛開始1年只能開發3個專案，到現在已經能每年產出20個以上的專案與延展案。工作內容需與硬體、業務、品保、製造co-work，主要是撰寫產品MCU韌體、入料檢驗測試程式、量產測試程式、自動壽測程式、直流無刷馬達驅控(BLDC)、藍牙傳輸控制、iOS APP開發與相關運行維護、Python應用程式開發以及各種技術文件的訂定。我熱愛使用程式與各種技術來輔助自己提高效率與節省時間！希望能加入　貴公司的團隊，以自身能力及貢獻提高公司效益，並與同事互相交流成長、學習新技術，為公司開發好擴充、好維護的程式。
