As Movement’s Business Operations Director in Resident I oversees the ongoing operations at the school in conjunction with the Principal. I also ensured implementation and maintenance of clear systems that allow principals and teachers to focus on students. Also, worked with the Information Technology Team to ensure that the school has a fully functioning technology infrastructure. Ensured school-wide compliance with health and safety laws, charter contracts, state education mandates teacher certification, and all federal and state workplace regulations. I worked with the school director to create and oversee the school’s budget, finances, and relationships with outside vendors. I managed relationships with all outside organizations and leads the school’s efforts to partner with community leaders and organizations. I managed the office staff, and ensured the smooth operation of the main office, including mailings, attendance reporting, office machine maintenance, etc., and performs other related duties as required and assigned.

As an Educator I develop various instructional methods that will help the students to gain appropriate knowledge, develop required instructional tools for particular students if required. Also, Manage work in compliance and design curriculum framework for the students and manage student behavior and plan changes accordingly. As well as develop daily and weekly lesson plans for students and plan timely meetings with the parents and talk to them about the student's progress. I implement all work according to the rules and regulations planned by the school.

As a Behavior Specialist I implemented all policies and rules governing student life and conducted overseeing the collection of behavior data, analysis, and reporting to the Directors. I developed and execute data charts and graphs to efficiently alert teachers to special needs of individual students from data analysis increasing behavior program efficiency. Also, managed 15-20 student’s behaviors daily while tracking change in data and served as a member on: Intervention Team, Behavior Intervention Team and Safety Team.

As a Head Coach I directed the overall activities of the basketball team; cultivated and maintained a positive team culture and provided a positive experience for the student-athletes; encourage and maintain a strong faith component for the team. I communicated effectively with administration, student-athletes, parents and the media. Also, provided for the welfare of the athletes, maintain and enhance the school’s standing in the community through the conduct and performance of the players. Last, assessed strengths and weaknesses in the athlete’s performance and identifying areas for further skill development

As a Physical Education teacher I created and collaborated with staff to create an environment that was conducive for learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students pertaining to physical education. Managed individual records for each student’s, equipment, materials, and facilities and implemented all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.

As a Operations Program Manager I provided instruction to members in various events and activities including swimming, tennis, basketball, soccer, lacrosse and special events and implemented institution policies and procedures. I oversaw facility operations, maintenance and inspected facilities for unsafe areas and cleanliness. Also, managed game day operations for athletics and special events at the facilities. I provided proper equipment for necessary for each setup, breakdown and or event and prioritized a diverse group of patrons with their daily needs as consumers and facility guests.

As a Assistant Business/Facility Manager I coordinated athletic and social events held in the athletic facilities, manage all facility events and game day operations for the athletic department. I helped manage and maintain a $7.5 million budget and financial planning guidance for the athletic department, payroll, travel, and miscellaneous expense account. Analyzed data (compare and contrast study with other universities to show where we could become more efficient and make a higher ROI regarding future planning). Also, managed bookkeeping, financial records, charts/graphs to monitor data and trends for the athletic department.

As a Assistant Basketball Coach I mentored athletes towards academic success, campus involvement and community service as they matriculated and assessed strengths and weaknesses in athlete’s performance and implemented a strategic plan for further development. Also, recruited in the year-round process of high school and junior college athletes including traveling to prospective games/events, phone calls, and letters to both coaches and athletes. Insured adherence of the NCAA recruiting rules and regulations. Last, maintained knowledge of offensive and defensive coaching strategies, prepared tapes/video for games and helped organize practice.
