Supervises administrative and support functions for the agency, including the IT, Budget, Procurement, Human Resources, Facilities and Records Management units.Ensures coordination between appropriate agency units, resolve any operational issues, and ensure timely and efficient support of the agency's mission and goals.Reviews and approves administrative and operational policies, ensuring compliance with City, State and Federal regulations.Oversees the development and execution of multiple time-sensitive agency projects, including in Information Technology and Human Resources.Engages in long-term and short-term planning for all aspects of agency operations and support.
