In this position I am responsible for material flow throughout the facility. I am scheduling trucks for product pick up and delivery. I work closely with management to provide clear analysis of possible shortages. Running BOM's versus inventory levels, creating spreadsheets to send to material planners for shortage verification. Working with material consumption to accurately review inventory levels. Coordinating warehouse cycle counts, implementing cycle count programs, and verify inventory levels. Interviewing candidates for open positions, conducting employee reviews, and recommendations for hire. Responsible for all employee scheduled time off and enforcement of attendance violations.

Responsible for accurate and timely distribution of parts necessary for manufacturing builds. Responsible for completion of daily direct to customer shipments, meeting deadlines, and correct product being pulled. All time adjustments and scheduling of vacation were part of my responsibility.

Lead a team of 37 associates. Responsible for scheduling, attendance, running a Beumer machine, running a sorting and chutes conveyor system, part of a pick pack operation, organizing work routines, training of new associates, and reviews.

I held multiple positions as a Material handler at Lockheed. I worked in the kitting area, verifying aircraft parts, completing kits for production, running forecast reports for possible shortages. I worked in the service center expediting shortages to the production line, using tracking information to find when parts will be delivered and expediting the parts through SAP(receiving p.o.'s, stocking parts, & issuing to floor) to issue to production, working closely with planners and production control. I also worked in fabrication control, verifying build tickets were completed properly, verifying proper identification on all in house fabricated parts and stocking parts in SAP.
