During my first year with ICON, I was assigned to a project team to advise the mayor of Mobile, AL on new economic opportunities within the area. On the project, my team and I researched the city completely, analyzing its geographical advantages and studying nearby areas experiencing notable growth. After finalizing our research, we presented an educated recommendation to our client in order to improve the growth within Mobile.

- Updated and created over 30 SWI's (Safe Work Instructions) for the entire plant that were identified as a need by QC, EHS and Production.- Assisted with installation of DAVI rolls implementation for a CAPEX project on-site to replace and optimize current machinery.- Designed a seamer table 1.6 times larger than current and tested it with FEA analysis to find the optimal design, capable of holding 10K lbs.- Implemented a new SWI tracking system to reduce reworks throughout the entire plant and assist in the training of new hires.- Communicated with shop floor effectively to create SWIs and find dimensions for designs (e.g. new seamer table), optimizing the use of materials between the shop and McMaster Carr for most cost-efficient production.

As a camp counselor, I collaborated with my co-workers daily in order to organize creative games and activities that kept campers entertained throughout the day. Similarly, I managed the campers through each activity, following our organization’s safety protocols while still keeping a fun and including environment for everyone involved.

Promoted to lead coach in under a year, I organized each class schedule top-to-bottom with engaging activities that formed the major skills from each sport. Whether it was soccer, basketball or even archery, I led classes teaching students of a variety of ages in new and creative ways. During which, I developed good time management skills so that classes would run efficiently and also learned how to better manage my counterparts' skills in order to complete our common goal of keeping the kids entertained.
