Hello wonderful people, my name is Wesley Lewis Simpson. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Georgia College & State University in May of 2022. I have also completed a master's in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in May of 2024. I played 5 prosperous years in collegiate basketball at these two universities, receiving many academic and athletic accolades during my playing career. Off the court, I was a member of various clubs and organizations including student government, the Georgia College Board of Trustees, Christian leadership groups, and a student-athlete transformational program. Each of these opportunities along with playing basketball taught me so many valuable life lessons along with grooming me into a better person, man, Christian, and future employee.I completed three internships throughout my college career. First, I was a marketing intern at Responsive Technology Partners, an information technology company located in Milledgeville, GA, in the summer of 2021. My next two internships were both with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as a SRM Bank Examination Intern. One was during the summer of 2022 at their Omaha, NE branch and the next one was completed virtually through their Denver, CO branch. These internships taught me valuable workplace skills like professionalism, time-management, and teamwork as a learned the intricacies of each of these companies. With college in the rear-view mirror, I am excited to begin my business career focusing on the aviation and banking sector. My goal is to utilize my education and personality to help a company succeed in their endeavors while bettering myself mentally, physically, spiritually. I am very excited to begin this next phase of life and see where my professional career takes me.
