Over my college career, I have worked as a summer camp councilor, after school programs, retail, server, and on campus jobs. Through these experiences, as well as the experiences I obtained through my educational journey, I have learned a lot about myself. I learned that learning, empathy, and gratitude are major foundations of a persons personality. Through these three things all of your dreams can come true. I know this, because mine have. If you had asked me in 2017, when I was a freshman in college at Western Colorado State University, I never would have believed you if you told me where I would be today. Today, I live in beautiful Tennessee where I have received a wonderful education, as well as more than beautiful views outside each and every window. While things weren't always easy on this journey, I made sure to continue to learn, be empathetic with myself and the world around me, all while maintaining a state of gratitude. Through these three things, I was able to get to where I am today.
