- F&B operation located in B Braun Medical factory’s canteens. - Assist Operation Manager and manage the operations in the canteen plus supervise the staff to ensure the operations run accordingly.- Set up and turn over buffet line for each meal. - Ensures staffs mobility in the case of manpower shortage, minimizing the risks of service interruption. - Multitasking, help out cashier, dish washer and buffet line whenever needed. - Run inventory check to make sure all items are ready for daily operation.

- Perform proper table etiquette when serving GMs (guest) at the bar or table. - Create bar sales opportunities while serving GMs. Propose sales.- Consistently ensure each GM is acknowledged greeted with a smile and served immediately at the bar.- Make a product presentation.- Apply HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines for safe food / drinks handling and storage applied at the Bar.- Restock mini bar for Premium Room.- Check every item in the bar to prepare monthly audit.
