Duties during secondment included: - Developing, executing and tracking the short-term tailings deposition plan aligned to long-term tailings deposition plan- Performing quality assurance on mud farming earthworks- Developing and executing initiatives to improve efficiency and maintenance of tailings deposition and mud farming operations- Responding to dam safety events through trigger action response plans (TARPs)- Reviewing and monitoring instrumentation data - Liaising with consultants and contractors to achieve optimal project and operational outcomes in a safe and efficient manner.
