I have dedicated over fifteen years of my life to aviation in Brazil before moving to Canada. In 2007, I was hired by GOL Airlines as a Flight Attendant, a role focused on ensuring safety and maintaining order throughout all stages of the flight. This position demands self-control, clear communication, and quick response to unexpected situations. Key skills include quick thinking, agility, organizational ability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. Annual firefighting training, first aid, sea and jungle survival, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) are required to ensure a high level of readiness. In 2011, I joined Azul Brazilian Airlines in the same role. At that time, the airline was only three years old, which allowed me to contribute to its growth and development, further enriching my experience.By 2017, I was promoted to cabin chief and was responsible for leading the team of flight attendants on each flight. In the same year, I advanced to First Officer on the Embraer 195.As a pilot, I developed the ability to assess multiple situations simultaneously and prioritize and resolve them quickly to meet the demands and urgency of aviation. I obtained my type rating for Embraer E195 in 2017 when I was promoted to the first officer position at Azul Brazilian Airlines. In 2025, I was hired by Porter Airlines to fly the amazing Embraer E2 again, but now in North America.
