Worked with Webcor Concrete at the Metropolis project in Downtown Los Angeles, a multi-tower high rise residence and hotel structure, as well as Oceanwide Plaza, a similar multi-use project. Worked closely with Project Engineers and Assistant Superintendents in the field supervising day-to-day activities. Also worked in the field office completing take-offs, planning concrete pours, and collaborating with the General Contractor on issues.

Bussed at the popular hotel and restaurant in San Luis Obispo. Mainly bussed tables, but often assisted servers, food runners, and host staff with drink orders, seating arrangements, food placement, and other tasks. Exposed to Aloha POS and gained valuable restaurant experience while adding to my customer service experience.

Leadership role for Associated Students, Incorporated. Manage a staff of 14-20 students with responsibilities that include creating work schedules, leading staff meetings, participating in Associated Students leadership decisions, and planning events for student staff to take part in. The position also placed a large emphasis on my own personal and professional growth.

Worked as a part of a team to produce take-offs for demolition and construction. Analyzed multi-phased construction plans both by hand and through the utilization of software. Gained valuable insight into the project bid process.
