Driven and inspired by my own experiences growing up in the Kentucky public schooling system, I work in education policy through a lens of data and research-driven equity after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a master's degree in education policy concentrating in quantitative methods.With a range of experiences in all levels of education from institutions ranging from school districts to federal think tanks, I am passionate to support emerging best practices within classrooms, especially those that improve diversity and inclusion efforts.
