Incident Response Team (IRT) member who coordinated and provided lawful security during the World Games in 2022. Joint operation with over fifty municipalities and sheriff departments along with multiple federal agencies. Responded and provided security during lawful and unlawful assemblies throughout the City of Huntsville. Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) member trained to respond to mental health and substance abuse calls for service. Assisted Anti-Crime Team, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), and the North Alabama Drug Task Force (NADTF) on serving warrants, containing crime scenes, perimeter security, and transporting/arresting subjects. Assisted the K9 Unit with tracks for suspects, training in obedience, sniff detection of drugs and human odor, building clearing, and various other training regiments to assist and better prepare their canines for real scenarios. Responded to violent crimes and apprehended violent offenders, performed life saving aid to victims, and secured, organized, and maintained crime scene logs, death investigation sheets, witness statements, obtaining video footage and notified and assisted supervision and investigators with crime scene security and safety. Participated in crime suppression details with successful outcomes of numerous narcotics arrests, violent offender apprehension, stolen vehicles and firearms being recovered to ensure community safety in high crime areas.
