At Batterii, we built a platform used by companies for qualitative research and synthesis. Key components of the platform enable mobile and web capture, blind research projects, digital whiteboarding activities, voting/ranking/evaluation tools and mind mapping.When I started at Batterii we had just one customer with a handful of users. During that time I helped grow it to ~40 enterprise customers with over 2000 monthly active users. We doubled our head count and even navigated through a merger. I'm extremely proud of how much we accomplished during my tenure.Major Accomplishments:• Rebuilt the platform post MVP• Constructed web app foundation to support the highly interactive UI requirements.• Built a robust digital whiteboard• Worked with native browser extensions to build a web research and capture tool.• Designed and built a document editor that supported rich text, images, videos, embeddables and other system content.• Architected fully automated workflow for online signup to support organic growth, including online billing.• Navigated the technical side of a company merger. Beginning in May 2011, my job role changed to focusing on the JavaScript framework, SproutCore. My job responsibilities include tracking changes made to the framework, contributing bug fixes back upstream, managing and maintaining Seapine's version of SproutCore and assisting in the development of Seapine products using SproutCore.From November 2009 to May 2011, I was a member of the Surround SCM development team. My job responsibilities included research, planning, design, development and debugging features in upcoming releases. I specialized in the resolution of Mac OS X and Linux specific issues.
