In my position as the Regional Vice President of Business Development, I oversee the initiation of new business strategies in the markets of Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. I work in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President (SRVP) as well as the Senior Vice Presidents of each respective market to ensure the company achieves its new business goals and revenue KPIs. We conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen team unity, and I actively participate in routine sales calls with the team to foster and nurture valuable business relationships within each market.

In my capacity as the Regional Vice President of Business Development, I bear the responsibility of spearheading new business strategies in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas regions. Over the past couple of years, our sales team, with the support of our leadership team, has accomplished the successful generation of $17.5 million in new business revenue. Additionally, I oversee the training, development, and onboarding of new hires while identifying top talent for recruitment purposes. My close collaboration with the Senior Vice President (SRVP) is instrumental in ensuring the company's goals and KPIs are met. We conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions to foster team cohesion, and I actively participate in regular sales calls with the team to cultivate and nurture valuable business relationships.

Develop and execute digital strategies that maximizes CMG SA’s digital revenue. Provide consultation to sales managers, sales teams and clients in the areas of digital strategy (web design basics, social media, best practices and digital media integration with traditional radio advertising). Work collaboratively with CMG SA’s managers to drive revenue. Develop and execute a pricing and inventory strategy that maximizes digital revenue. Coaching and training sales professionals in the development of digital solutions for clients. Develop and execute a digital training programs for the CMG SA’s Sales team. Manage the process of the CMG SA’s digital revenue budgeting, forecasting and pacing. Develop and manage the process of digital sales fulfillment and campaign delivery in conjunction with colleagues across CMG SA’s and CMG Digital.

I've effectively assembled top-performing sales teams to drive new business revenue and meet the company's KPIs and revenue goals at trade shows and event expos nationwide.

Accountable for the execution of the Digital and Print sales plan in West Texas. Directing a team of Digital Media Sales Professionals ensuring that revenue retention, new business development and new product launch goals are achieved. Riding extensively with team to assess market conditions and recommend actions to campaign plans. Conducting periodic reviews to ensure individual success,campaign pacing and forecasting.

Recipient of the ”Sales Professional Of The Year” award in 2014. Launched strategic digital media campaigns and increased sales objective by 700%. Planned and negotiated media buys, including; print and digital media for existing and new customers. Responsible for the retention of $700,000 in print revenue. Developed a comprehensive PPC campaigns to increase customer's click-through rates to their websites. Traveled Nationally once a month, presenting Digital Media promotions to business owners at trade shows.

Managed all online marketing strategies, social media programs, including; Internet forums, blogs, social networking applications and message boards. Coordinated monthly community events, such as; charity events-auctions, concerts and other promotional events, to help increase the number of members within the congregation.
