The person in this position acts as an individual contributor on technical writing and training development tasks as well as giving the actual trainings. The technical writing includes online help, user manuals, whitepapers, technical reference materials and installation manuals for the ANDiS product suite and technology platform. The training development part of the position includes the provisioning of a variety of training courses for end-users, partners and Bell ID’s own staff. The current Training Programme includes trainings at various technical levels and covers topics such as the use, configuration, maintenance, implementation, development and sales & marketing of the ANDiS product suite.
