Current-Facilitate New Hire classes, teaching Cast Members how to use technical systems to troubleshoot Guest problems while ensuring Guest satisfaction and upholding corporate objectives and policies-Collaborate with Instructional Design team to develop and test new training content-Conduct interviews for potential candidates to determine if they are the right fit for the role-Coach new and existing Cast Members on how to improve performance-Deliver update training when new products, systems, or processes roll out to the organization
