I am currently working at camping world under the manager apprentice title. With this position, I am able to learn a wide variety of skills and techniques to better qualify myself to become a future manager in the company. We are given the opportunity to work in the service, parts, and sales department as well as working the in repair and collision facility to see how everything works throughout the company. I also get the benefit of working in the warranty department to see that side of the company as well. All of these departments combined will expand my abilities and strengthen my leadership skills for my career.

My job description entails any automotive service jobs from oil changes and engine/transmission swaps to diagnosing engine performance issues and electrical work. I have also had the chance to learn a few skills of the service writer/front desk receptionist like answering phone calls, ordering parts, receiving payments, and filling out technician sheets. I also interact with customers and describe to them what the cars problem is as well as what we did to fix it.
