With experience in various positions through out the Tile and Bathroom Industries I help my clients by highlighting potential for higher return on investment via products and services we currently offer. My customer base varies from small showrooms to larger merchants, yet I pride myself on providing a bespoke approach to business that resides around clear understanding of my products and how they benefit their business. The bedrock of my experience and effectiveness is my unique experience of growing up in the Tile and Retail industries in which I held roles from Showroom Assistant to Buying and Logistics. I developed a passion for sales and a greater customer experience and due to my career path I have found engaging and relating to clients second nature with scope for end user satisfaction underpinning my business understanding.When I am not busy developing successful business relationships I can be found either on the field or in the stands of rugby/football games playing and following both sports avidly. I am also an accomplished pianist and guitarist that allow me to unwind effectively with a penchant for Jazz and Blues.
