Implementation Consulting Manager
Current• Manage client projects for national accounting firms, working with partners and stakeholders to ensure project success• Provide performance feedback through bi-weekly meetings with direct reports• Co-manage a team of twenty staff, coaching staff through cross-training and delivery of various cloud-based products and services• Identify process inefficiencies and identify potential solutions to those challenges; translate these into pilot projects that the team can evaluate for future adoption• Create and maintain various PowerBI dashboards related to team KPIs, project management, and special project deadlines• Ensure client projects, project notes, documentation, and revenue recognition are completed on time by the team• Manage various special projects, examples include internal process improvements, new service creation, and managing the User Conference planning and execution• Manage annual updates to over 200 training and consulting files, including review for consistency across at least ten authors and twenty project participants• Coordinate with Product Management and Development teams on product enhancements related to utilities and tools utilized by the team• Lead the weekly team meeting, including coordination of presenters and agenda items• Communicate with department managers to ensure project deadlines are met and review the status of pilot initiatives• Prepare and manage tech team responsibilities for the CCH Connections User Conference• Assist the sales organization with client’s implementation planning, including planning for firm mergers and splits
