Capacity Planning Analyst
Current• Implement new capacity-staffing plans while challenging and improving upon existing model assumptions• Produce monthly call forecasts with less than 3% discrepancy • Build strong relationships between Operations, Recruiting, Training, Finance and BPO partners to achieve required staffing levels, partnering to recommend changes to improve utilization of resources while thinking outside the box to solve complex problems• Support 12 lines of business across multi-site contact centers (4) and international vendor sites (6)
