As Chief Dispatchers are responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable daily operation of the Operations Control Center (OCC). Responsibility and authority for direct coordination of communications and management to rail modal dispatchers, operations, safety, and security staff communications during daily operations as well as the management of accidents, incidents, and any service disruptions.• Supervise 6 role dispatchers on OCC (Traffic, Depot, Power, Facillity, Rollingstock andPassenger Dispatcher)• Supervise and control the trains movement on the mainline by Program Route Control. Ensure trains adhere to predetermined schedules, monitor the trains movement to avoid delay and recovery if any delay, and to ensure the safety operations by daily basis.• Report incident , failures or events that impact on safety and / or service performance to the Department Head in a timely and clear manner.• Direct Station Master and Train Driver during incidents and emergencies , monitorpassengers levels at platforms via CCTV system and regulate the service to mitigatecapacity problems and overcrowding.• Ensure all facillity during operations are work well via SCADA monitor.• Monitor power dispatcher during energized / de-energized OCS.
