I am currently an Enforcement Attorney with the CA Dept of Social Services in Monterey Park.Prior to that I served as in-house counsel at The Salvation Army - Western Territory for several years, reviewing and advising on real estate, licensing, government funding, and other transactional matters. I began my legal career as a Workers Compensation Lien Associate at Gilson Daub, Inc. I also currently serve as a mediator and paneled arbitrator with the American Health Lawyers Association. Leveraging my experience at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, at Progressive Insurance as a complex personal injury claims adjuster and my legal experience in Workers Compensation, I work diligently to facilitate resolution of personal injury and employment disputes. I have available convening space in Long Beach and Downtown Los Angeles.As a former Army NCO, I have a tremendous amount of experience leading people through difficult problems and situations with limited resources. What my experiences have taught me, that is valuable to the business world, is that I have the ability to make timely informed decisions and successfully lead, interact, encourage, and motivate different types of people with diverse backgrounds and personalities to achieve an overall goal.It is my intention that all my interactions be filled with love. I aim to resolve conflicts before me and involving me by first remembering that I love every person. Some people are harder than others, but the more I practice, the easier it gets.
