Columbus, GA./Auburn, AL.

Responsible for all aspects of the business including P&L, staffing, sales and operations. Exceeded revenue goals in 40 of the 42 months while leading the organization which included three operations located in two states. Negotiated representation agreement with broadband competitor which increased the number of homes reached by over 40%.

Greater New York City Area

Responsible for start-up of television network for the New York Yankees. Developed capital budget and video transport plan. Hired operations staff and successfully launched the network in March of 2002. Network was then expanded to include programming from other New York area professional and college teams.

San Francisco Bay Area

Responsible for all aspects of operations including IT, Human Resources, Project Development and Project Management. Supervised seven managers and 160 employees. Served as lead operations negotiator for the sale of OneMediaPlace to MediaPassage in the Fall of 2001.

Greater Denver Area

Responsible for restructuring advertising sales operations of the largest cable TV operator in the world. Justified and implemented a $200 million plan to upgrade the business making it one of the most competitive in the country. Responsible for the performance for over 1400 operations personnel across the country.Began my career in 1986 in Kansas City.
