Event and People Management: Supported and guided student leaders in the conceptualisation and operations of student-led events and activities, which included: Freshmen Orientation (1583 participants) and Annual CCA Fair "SMU Vivace" (3084 participants).Data Handling and Reporting: Supported the delivery of both event's post-event reports: Freshmen Orientation (1148 responses) and SMU Vivace (844 responses) using Qualtrics and Microsoft Office.

Employee Experience: Oversaw employee’s (across 7 countries) entire onboarding experience and worked with key stakeholders (Founders & Leadership Team) to conduct a total of 5 onboarding modules.Internal Communications: Designed monthly newsletters and draft company communications to all employees (Using Canva to design, Stripo to structure email).HR Tools: Familiar with BambooHR to set up accounts for all new employees, webpage management (google sites) for all employees to access resources.Employee Engagement: Co-ordinated open hours and well-being workshops.Events Management: Planned, hosted, and executed company-wide’s (over 500 employees) year-end event well-within budget. Curated special care packs and sent them regionally as well.Special Projects: Spearheaded video project to better narrate employee recognition program which contributed to the team winning gold award for “Best Rewards and Recognition Programme” at the Employee Experience Awards 2022. Developed the department’s own internal resource webpage for easy retrieval/navigation from scratch for the People & Culture team (Google Sites).

Served as the main liaison with the institution’s Senior Management (SMU Provost), SMUSA Executive Committee/Council members, and all other stakeholders (various SMU Offices and student leaders) to ensure a smooth flow of operations for the entire academic year. I also represented the interests of a student population close to 10,000 members towards all above-mentioned stakeholders.Oversaw organisation's budget of over $100,000 and its usage throughout the academic year to ensure maximum value for the student community through events and welfare drives.Spearheaded initiatives to increase relevance and solidifying the organisation’s position in students’ eyes during the COVID-19 pandemic.Represented SMUSA as a speaker at SMU Student Leadership Summit in 2020, sharing my leadership experience for the incoming batch of student leaders.

Led an organizing committee team of 45 as the Chairperson for the biggest summer event – SMU Freshmen Orientation 2019, catering to 2200 Freshmen across 3 runs.Liaised with all departments and school stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and event deliverables. Hosted SMU's senior management (i.e President, Provost, Dean of Students) to bring them through various activities of the Orientation.

Assisted Sales Manager in sales transactional duties (music books, instruments and accessories) and helped full-time colleagues in the sale of musical instruments to hit monthly targets.

Independently identified a new industry (fitness) and cold-calling of those companies, resulting in greater awareness of Expo’s venue space for holding future roadshows. Proposed event floor plans with direct involvement in client’s events in terms of operations and venue management.Part of the inaugural in-house event (PlayLah! Mid-Autumn Festival), coordinated with external exhibitors and supported in event’s programs and logistical duties. Extended Internship period by one month with an increased remuneration.

Managed Point of Sale (POS) system - opening and closing of cash register. Preparation of food items for sale - baking of bread and cookies, cutting of vegetables and other fresh ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness of outlet.
