I started my position at Prime working with the contracting of the Pharmacy Networks. That worked transitioned to focusing on the credentialing of the pharmacies and pharmacists in Prime's networks. I also am coordinating the FWA attestations for the pharmacies in the networks.

Supported Compliance initiatives by developing and conducting training of Corporate Compliance program and new obligations. Worked with team to facilitate the roll out of new laws and regulations. Maintained and supported the 3rd party contracting process in order achieve consistency and policy compliance. Maintained HIPPA Disclosure Database in accordance.

Created contract documents based on requests from Contract Managers. Confirmed that requests complied to current business practices. Confirmed that completed contracts and amendments were processed correctly.

Handled service questions from medium to large member groups. Answered questions regarding claims and eligibility. Educated members on policies, procedures and new products. Set up claims for corrections and processing via nationwide system.

Managed support contracts in Healthcare vertical for 3 1/2 years. This is one of Lawson's largest client base. Reviewed contracts to confirm terms were consistent with business practices. Resolved contract and client issues working with Legal Department. Created payment strategies for clients with financial or calendar needs. Updated and maintained client.
