Project Manager, Innovative/Alternative Energy Loan Program:Technical Due Diligence on $8 billion of first-of-a-kind technology. Led and managed due diligence on eight non-recourse debt financings ranging from $100 million to $3 billion for large-scale, innovative power generation and fuel manufacturing technologies. •Partnered with loan officers, attorneys, and credit team to structure deals, negotiate term sheets, and conduct credit analyses for senior debt investments in commercial scale energy ventures. Closed debt financing for a $1.4 billion, 250 MW thin-film, cadmium-telluride photovoltaic (PV) solar power plant and a $500+ million first-of-a-kind Biomass to fuel project in nine months. •Successfully led six separate teams of contractors, consultants, applicants and DOE experts, most 10-20+ years my senior, to complete due diligence on seven projects in under nine months.•Leading technical due diligence for first-of-a-kind $3 billion coal gasification project incorporating carbon capture and sequestration.
